Who we are
Independent & not diocesan: We are an independent group of Catholic families. We are not a ministry, apostolate, program, or endorsed initiative of the Diocese of Owensboro, any parish, or the Roman Catholic Church, and nothing here should be taken as such an endorsement.
What this site is
This website helps families express interest in, and eventually take part in, an independent Catholic homeschool co-op forming in western Kentucky. Right now it is an interest-gathering site. We are not enrolling students, charging fees, or operating a school. Nothing here is an offer of educational services.
You remain your own home school
Participation in the co-op does not transfer any legal responsibility for your children's education to us. Each family remains its own home school under Kentucky law. See Requirements.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information about yourself.
- Don't submit other people's information without their permission.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, attack, or misuse the site or its forms.
- Use the site in keeping with our Code of Conduct.
Adults only
This site is intended for adults. Any information about minors must be entered by a parent or guardian. See our Privacy page for how we handle data.
No warranty; participation is at your own discretion
We're a volunteer effort doing our best. The site and any co-op activities are offered “as is,” without warranties. The group may change plans, pause, or decline/remove participants at its discretion, consistent with the Code of Conduct.
Money
We are not charging or soliciting donations at this stage. If shared costs (like a meeting space) ever come up, they'll be a transparent friends-and-family split of actual costs — not a fee, membership, or tax-deductible contribution.
Changes
We may update these terms as the co-op develops. We'll update the version date above when we do.
